Your touch-ups, clearly explained

  • Standard Treatment: one included standard touch-up.
  • Signature Extended Care: three touch-ups total — one standard touch-up and two additional credits with no expiry.
  • The two additional credits belong to the original client and apply only to the original treatment category. They cannot transfer between Brows, Lips and Inner Eyeliner.
  • Nanna assesses suitability and timing for each touch-up. Existing standard touch-up eligibility conditions continue to apply.
  • Multi-Treatment Collections: one standard touch-up per included treatment; no Extended Care credits.
  • Signature Indulgence: Extended Care entitlements plus one complimentary same-appointment Signature Facial.
  • An additional eligible touch-up is $247 for 45 minutes when no valid treatment-specific entitlement remains.

Package entitlements apply to the treatment and package purchased. Existing customers retain their original purchases and touch-up entitlements.
