Planning Your Consultation

You do not need every decision made before speaking with Nanna. Think about what interests you, what you would like to change and what you want to understand before deciding on Brows, Lip Blush or Inner Eyeliner.

What to prepare

Shape and preferences

For brows, start with the shape you have now: what do you like, and what would you change? Nanna may draw a proposed shape during Consultation so you can look at it together before committing. For Inner Eyeliner, explain the look you are considering.

Colour

For Lip Blush, bring the shades you like, the colours you want to avoid and any concerns about choosing. You do not need a final shade choice. Brow colour and definition are also things you can discuss with Nanna.

Sensation

Tell Nanna if how treatment feels is making you hesitate. A small sensation demonstration after numbing cream may be part of Consultation. You may still feel discomfort during treatment.

Allow for healing

Ask about the care period if you are choosing a date around work, swimming or an event. Brows can look darker or more defined at first, with colour settling over four to six weeks. Lip Blush has an initial visible healing period of about five to seven days, during which the colour can change. Inner Eyeliner may look bolder initially and soften as it heals. Each treatment has its own care instructions.

How to take the next step

Consultation is free, optional and takes 30 minutes. If you know which treatment you want and do not need a separate conversation, you can consider booking directly. Previous work by another practitioner needs a Consultation and assessment before Nanna agrees to treatment.

Related questions

Is Consultation just for brows?
No. You can discuss Brows, Lip Blush and Inner Eyeliner — including which treatment to consider, the look you have in mind, sensation and aftercare.
Can I book treatment without a separate Consultation?
Yes, Consultation is optional if you do not need a separate discussion. Previous cosmetic tattooing by another practitioner still needs Consultation and assessment before Nanna agrees to treatment.
What if another practitioner has already tattooed the area?
Speak with Nanna first. She needs a Consultation and assessment before agreeing to treat previous work by another practitioner. It is considered case by case. Cosmetic Tattooing does not offer removal, and correction is not a separate service you can book.
